Did I Have Success with Proactol? | Did Proactol Helps Me Lose Weight?

August 30th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Let me guess: you have tried many diet pills so far and none of them really worked for you? Or you had just a tiny glimpse of success with some diet pills? Well, I know how you feel. I was there, too. I tried several diet pills so far, and none of them worked for me. I was about to stop believing in the whole “diet pill” idea when one day in December 2006 I read in papers an article about a lady that dropped from 95 kg to 62 kg in 8 months. She had a healthier diet and was using a herbal weight loss product named Proactol. This herbal product was made from cactus extract. Yeah right - that’s what I thought when I saw it, just another marketing trick to pull in customers!

For some reason, it had me thinking… I was always interested for a supplement that will be made completely from natural ingredients. I bought many of them, but they were never 100% natural. I was always disappointed when I found out that many of the diet pills were nothing but a scam.

I have to admit, I was also very skeptical about Proactol, but I ordered it anyways. I figured I had nothing to lose. The reason why I decided to order it is, that for the first time I could actually see real medical evidence about the efficacy of this product. That’s right, you can actually download research papers and see it for yourself. What you see is what you get.

So, did I have success with Proactol? You bet! You can read more about my success with it on my website. Now I will tell you a little bit more about what Proactol can actually do for you and how it works.

What is Proactol Fat Binder?

Proactol is 100% natural and organic weight loss product. By classification, it is a fat binder. Fat binder works like this: it binds dietary fats in your stomach, and it forms a fluid gel around fats. That way, those fats become too large to be absorbed by your body and they are eliminated from your body naturally through gastric system. Pretty neat idea that actually works in this case.

What can Proactol do for you? (or What Proactol did for me)

One of the most important things Proactol will do for you if you use it on a regular basis (just as I did):

  • It will bind up to 29% of your dietary fat intake! - I don’t know about you, but I was tired of checking those food labels every minute. Proactol gives you the freedom to eat those “forbidden” foods and still lose weight!
  • It will help you reduce excess body weight - By reducing your body weight; you will no longer need to worry about your look before you go out. This will put you in a mindset of a successful person who WILL lose weight no matter what!
  • It will help you reduce food cravings - I have to admit, food cravings were a big problem for me, especially during the night. I would eat just before bedtime, and that is anything but good! Proactol removed all those cravings. Now I just cannot understand how I could live with those nightly food cravings.
  • It will suppress your appetite and will make you feel full for longer period of time - If somehow you could just make yourself go longer without that much food during the day. With Proactol, that’s not a problem anymore!

People have also reported that Proactol successfully helped them reduce their cholesterol levels, improved their concentration, increased flexibility and gave them higher energy levels. I know that I felt much happier once Proactol started working for me! Do I need to mention that I absolutely hated exercising before? Well, once I started losing about 2 lbs per week, I started going for a walks, then after 2 weeks I started running. Me running?! You got to be kidding me! Hey, it’s true, I couldn’t believe it myself, but Proactol gave me the confidence that I somehow lost long time ago. By losing weight gradually, I put myself into the mindset of a winner, who can actually do anything he wants!

That is all nice, but how does Proactol actually work?

Glad you asked. I wanted to know that, too (before I bought this product). Proactol Fat Binder is made from dehydrated leaves of the nutritious cactus “Opuntia Ficus Indica”. This natural fibre complex consists of 2 fibers: a non-soluble fiber and a soluble fiber.

  • Non-Soluble - When a non-soluble fiber comes into contact with dietary fats, it will immediately bind with them, forming a fluid gel around the fat, making it insoluble. Unabsorbed fats will then pass naturally through your body. It is clinically proven that Proactol will bind up to 29% of your dietary fat intake! This fat-binding property of Proactol enables you to eat the foods you love and still lose weight.
  • Soluble - Proactol soluble fibers are highly viscous when they bind with bile acids to create a very viscous solution. This process just slows down digestion and slows down the absorption of glucose in your body. This gives you a feeling of being full for much longer time and it will also suppress your appetite and food cravings.

Conclusion

To wrap this up, I will tell you that Proactol is backed by no less than 4 clinical studies that prove the effectiveness of this superb natural weight loss product. You can download these clinical studies from our website.

If you are somewhat serious about losing weight, then I recommend you Proactol. Did I say that it comes with 6 months money back guarantee? That’s right, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product with no problems! If you are overweight, there is no reason why you should not consider using Proactol as your weight loss supplement. If I had success with it, so can you!

How to Use Keyword Tools for Keyword Research?

August 30th, 2008 / No Comments » / by WealthyAffiliate

Many people are too fixated on the fact that they need the next best Keyword Tool in order to succeed online.  This is simply is not the case. Keyword tools are great for finding keywords that are popular within the search engines, but they are typically limited to broad search terms and quite often will not find the highest converting keyword or reveal new searches (of products that are hot or have just been released).

Because of this, we do not recommend that you focus the basis of your campaigns on keyword research done using a keyword tool.  The most powerful keyword tool in the world is…YOUR BRAIN.  Researching keywords is not as systematic as typing in a single keyword into a tool, gathering the results, and then promoting these keywords.  If you use your brain for your keyword research, you will reveal many keywords that a keyword tool would not be able to come up with.

To do this, we suggest that you think like a consumer and better yet, research your consumers first.  Find out what they are searching for, what questions they ask, and which problems they are looking to resolve.

For example, if you were promoting an acne product and you typed the keyword “acne” into a keyword tool, you are going to get the same keywords that Mary, Joe, and Frank are using to promote acne products.  However, if you spend some time doing some of your own research and thinking up keywords that people would likely type in if they had an acne problem, you will come up with terms that the keyword tool would have never revealed to you.  What about “remove acne and scarring from chest” or “do pimple zappers really work”. Do you really think a keyword tool would have found these keywords for you without the prior research?  Probably not.

We are not saying that you shouldn’t use keyword tools altogether as they can be very helpful in giving you ideas. For starter, you might want to take a look at Google keyword research tool. The best part of it is that it’s free!

Google Keyword Research Tool

The Google Keyword tool is still the best keyword tool for doing research as Google will give you very current results and wider variations of a keyword than any other tool can give you.  This is because all keyword tools get their data from Google and other search engines and this information that they give out is not as current or as comprehensive as their own internal keyword results.  For this reason we suggest that you also use the Google Keyword tool right within your Adwords account to perform research.

How to Start Internet Marketing Research? | Understanding the Importance of Research

August 30th, 2008 / No Comments » / by WealthyAffiliate

Research, research, and more research!  Research is one of the most important aspects of any successful Internet marketing campaign, and if there is one thing that you are going to master and spend some time working on, it should be research.

As with any business, a successful Internet marketing campaign starts with research.  This research includes audience, keyword, industry, consumer habits, and competition.  Research will allow you to predefine whether or not the opportunity to make money within a particular industry is viable, thus determining whether or not you should spend the time to create a campaign.

Many people fail to understand the importance of research and consequently never perform adequate research before setting up a campaign.  You may have done this in the past as well.  You find an industry to promote, quickly gather a product and then put together a campaign with a bunch of keywords that are “kind of” relevant to the product. This is exactly how to create a failing campaign!.  If you think creating a successful campaign can be done at the click of a button and set-up within minutes, then you have been mistaken (probably by some of the scam resources you have read in the past).

Research does require work, but those who spend the time to research are the ones that are successful online.  Research will allow you to uncover who your exact audience is, why they are in need of something, their demographics, the products and services within that industry, and the best ways to deliver a sales message to these individuals.   These are all variables that will be different from industry to industry, and niche to niche.

The Do’s and Don’ts of Wedding Weight Loss

August 29th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

When you want to lose weight for your wedding day, there are a few \”do\’s\” and \”don\’ts\” that you should really consider. These few pearls of wisdom can make the difference between a great, slimmer you and a not-so-ideal you. If you have found that your lifestyle is not optimal or, even healthy, than a wedding day weight loss plan may not be the best thing for you. You may need to think more long-term about a nutritional lifestyle change. But, for now, here is what you should know for your big day, and a few bits that can help your whole party look and feel better:

Do encourage bridal shower and engagement party planners to incorporate low-fat, healthy food options. Ofttimes, at these affairs that work up to the wedding day, you and your bridal party may eat more than normal. Offering better food choices can benefit everyone involved.

Do make staying hydrated a necessity, before, during, and after your wedding day.No matter what your weight loss goal, making sure that you drink lots of fluids will help keep you from becoming dehydrated which can affect your overall weight loss, mental and physical capabilities.

Do stay focused on achieving your wedding day weight loss goal. There will be so many other things for you to do during that time which could distract you. Commit to do what you set out to do, and you will see yourself starting to lose weight.

Do decrease your high-fat carbohydrate intake. You will be around a lot of food. It is best to steer clear of the butter- and fat-laden breads, and high sugar drinks. These things can offset your weight loss progress.

Do take photos of yourself, before, during, and after your wedding. You may be surprised at how you change through the weigh loss process.

Do get help if you need it. There are so many weight loss support organizations, and you should consider enlisting the aid of a personal trainer for that extra push.

Now, here\’s the flip side….

Don\’t require that your whole wedding party lose weight. Losing weight is a personal decision, whether for a wedding or simply for personal health. Weight loss is not something that should be dictated by others.

Don\’t set unrealistic goals for yourself. Going from a size 14 to a size 4 may not be the healthiest thing for you. Have you considered your spouse-to-be? They love you as you are, so you don\’t want to make your weight loss so dramatic that they \”lose\” the person that they fell in love with.

Don\’t try to lose too much too quickly. Fad diets are for the moment. They may not be the best or healthiest alternatives for you. Weight loss should be steady, 1-2 pounds per week, and something that a lasting effect. Also, don\’t buy a wedding dress that would require you to lose weight in a rushed, unhealthy way.

Don\’t forget the purpose of your wedding. The time leading up to your wedding can be a wonderful time in your life. While weight loss may be a part of your wedding day happiness, it is not the total point of your wedding.

So often, people can get caught up in all of the excitement of weddings, dresses for the bridesmaids, and all of the other things that go along with making a wedding event successful. Keep your weight loss efforts in perspective, along with the other responsibilities that you have. You can effectively lose weight for your wedding day, but don\’t do so at the expense of making that day the time of your life!

If you are just like me who have too tried various diet systems, don’t brush this Strip That Fat system aside. It’s one system that can help you achieve real weight loss!

Can Alli Weight Loss Work For Us? | Does Alli Weight Loss Really Work?

August 28th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Normally following a tight regime of a controlled diet and regular exercises are the measures prescribed for weight loss. Most of the people find it difficult to follow these measures over an extended period.

It is claimed that with Alli you can escape these grating restrictions and can follow near-normal routines; slowly but steadily you can manage to lose weight and lead a healthier life. Alli is a FDA approved OTC weight loss product. Alli is not a dietary supplement; it is claimed to help you lose weight gradually; by working as a fat binder or fat blocker.

Excessive intake of calories causes increase of weight; and fats contribute far more calories in food-intake as compared to proteins and carbohydrates. Fat in our diet is the main culprit in weight gain. When taken in the prescribed manner, the active ingredient of Alli attach themselves to some of the natural enzymes in the digestive system; this prevents these enzymes from breaking down over 25% of the fat you eat. This undigested fat cannot be absorbed by the body and it passes through the body in the natural way. This excess fat is prevented from contributing to weight gain.

Alli only works on enzymes that would normally help in digestion of fat. So carbohydrates and proteins are not affected and these nutrients are absorbed by the body in the normal manner. Alli works only in your digestive system; it does not act on your heart or brain. You would not feel unsettling effects such as sleeplessness, racing heart or jitters which are commonly experienced with other weight loss drugs or supplements.

When you use Alli to lose weight, you may have to observe certain drastic dietary restrictions, depending on your existing diet. Manufacturers of Alli advise you to consume reduced-calorie meals of 15gms or less of fats on an average. For some this may be a rather severe restriction, but that is the price to pay for being able to have the option of slow but steady weight loss leading to a better life.

You may suffer certain side effects such as loose motion, frequent bowel movements, gas, etc. if you do not observe the restriction of 15 gms of fat. Obviously if you are able to adjust to the dietary limitations and put up with the side effects – “treatment effects” as the makers of Alli call them – Alli should be able to work for you.

How to Burn Fat with Exercise

August 28th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

In general, people will practice cardiovascular activities and forget about weight bearing exercises when it comes to burning fat. Many trainers will say that aerobic exercises burn off fat and weightlifting is only used to build muscle bulk. This statement is not entirely correct because the more muscle mass one acquires through weight bearing exercises, the more he will burn fat calories…even at rest. We see a growing trend from cardiovascular training towards weight and strength training.

According to a study by the Fitness Products Council and Sporting Goods Manufacturers, the number of people lifting free weights has increased 76 percent in the past decade. Right now, weight lifting is among the most popular sports in North America. This change is for the best because cardiovascular activity combined with weight training will result in much more effective fat loss. Cardiovascular exercises will raise muscle metabolism during the activity and for a short time after the exercise session.

Weight lifting exercises, on the other hand, will raise your muscle metabolism during the exercise session, and for a long time after the exercise session. Some high intensity trainers have even seen their metabolism rise for several days following their training session.
Performing adequate weight training exercises should limit your repetitions anywhere from 1 to 20 (more or less). Such resistance on muscles will make their tissue leaner and stronger. The muscle development will take place during the rest period following the resistance training. Therefore sufficient rest periods are essential.

Whether your goal is to tone or build muscles, it is important to know what happens during the muscle training process. When lifting weights, muscle tissues are torn apart (at the microscopic level) from the stress, and it’s in the recuperation period that your muscles become stronger and therefore able to support the extra stress. Usually the recuperation period required is 24 to 48 hours after the weight lifting activity.

During the recuperation period, the muscle metabolism is still burning energy, and that’s when it’s time to perform cardiovascular activities. Carrying out high repetitions of the same movement will tire the body on a different basis. Combining low repetition exercises (weight lifting) with high repetition cardiovascular exercise will stress muscles in a complementary way to increase the total fat burning effect.

Anybody who debates the fact that weight bearing exercises don’t help people lose weight and fat should lift weights for one hour and see their heart rate go through the roof. Simply look at athletes who specialize in short, intense bursts of energy and you still see that they are very low in body fat.

The point is to combine a weight lifting routine with a good cardiovascular workout to increase muscle metabolism and total fat burning ratio.

An important factor to consider when trying to lose weight is that lots of muscle mass can be lost as a result. As muscle mass will keep your metabolism high, try to avoid quick weight loss through miracle diets or starvation. This weight loss will be regained just as quickly. Instead, opt for a gradual fat loss routine by combining weight training and cardiovascular activities, and allow muscle mass to build up and increase your metabolism. Results may take a little longer , but they will last for a longer period of time.

How to Beat Your Food Craving

August 28th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Many people suffer from food craving occasionally. Craving is always for a certain specific food or type of food, not just anything to satisfy hunger. Generally the craving is felt for candy, chocolate or something that will give sugar or carbohydrates to the body. It could even be the craving for potato chips or an extra glass of wine.

Quite often people think it is bad habits that are responsible for this craving, or that the person has poor will power. That is really not the case! The food cravings have biological reasons and to beat the food craving we must understand these underlying reasons.

Reasons for food craving

Whenever we are exhausted or we feel depressed we have low blood sugar condition and the body signals brain that it needs something to pep-it-up. This results in a craving for sugar or carbohydrates. One of the causes for this behavior is Serotonin, our basic feel-good hormone. The conditions of low level of Serotonin and low level of blood-sugar go hand-in-hand. That is why whenever there is less of Serotonin; we feel a craving for sweet food such as chocolates to make up for the shortage of sugar in blood.

Unfortunately, sugar or carbohydrates release only a short burst of serotonin; when that burst dies down, the craving returns. This leads us into a spiral.

Another reason is Adrenal Fatigue. When you feel stressed out or feel run own, when you have not had a restful sleep or you are feeling very tired for no specific reason, you are suffering from adrenal fatigue. In very severe cases the condition is called adrenal exhaustion. In the modern world this health disorder is quite common, but unfortunately it is very rarely appreciated as such.

In case of Adrenal Fatigue also the body sends a signal to the brain for a pick-me-up and that is your craving for sugar or carbohydrate snacks, or may be, coffee during the day; at night you may look for alcohol or carbohydrates. All of this only makes the problem worse.

It is also seen that persons, who keep themselves on a low fat, low carbohydrate diet on a long time or have been taking appetite suppressants, do have food craving; it is because they have become at least partially insulin resistant without realizing this condition. In the normal course blood sugar level of the body is maintained stable by the action of insulin; insulin signals the cells of the body to absorb glucose from the bloodstream when necessary. Because of their insulin resistant condition, the cells do not respond to the signal and cannot mop up glucose they need. This results in a distress signal to the brain asking for more carbohydrates or sugar. The body thus receives excess calories which are deposited as fat and the person starts gaining weight in spite of eating less.

Beating the craving

If you appreciate the basic reasons for the craving, then beating the food craving can be done. It may take a little time but it can be done. To break food cravings, the body needs real healthy foods, additional nutritional supplements (of pharmaceutical–grade) at times; this and moderate exercise can help curb cravings. This process may take some time, but it will succeed.

Healthy Diets As One of Your Weight Loss Tools

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Healthy eating means many things to many people, and everyone has different goals for the perfect diet. The key to following a healthy diet is to find a diet you can stick with for the rest of your life. A diet should not be simply a temporary change in the way you life, eat and exercise. Rather, it should be a permanent change that you can live and enjoy with day in and day out, year in and year out.

For some people, a healthy diet can be as simple as increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables in the daily diet. For others, a radical change, involving strict control of fat and cholesterol, may be required.

Of course what is needed will depend on the goal of each individual. The serious runner in search of greater conditioning will of course have different goals than the couch potato who is concerned about the possibility of heart disease.

Even though every person will different goals when it comes to healthy eating, the basic tenets of healthy eating are the same. The most important thing is to eat a good variety of foods, while eating less of the bad stuff and more of the good.

That may sound like an oversimplification, but it really is that easy. Putting that simple concept into proactive, however, is the hard part. Everyone wants to eat healthier, but there are so many temptations in today’s world that healthy eating can be very difficult. The key is to make healthy choices as appealing as unhealthy ones.

One way to make healthy foods appealing is buying a wide variety of exotic fruits at the local supermarket. There are probably varieties of fruits and vegetables at your local grocery store that you never even heard of before. Why not make your next trip to the grocery store an adventure by sampling these exotic offerings?

Experimenting with new recipes is another great way to bring excitement and adventure to healthy eating. A quick perusal of your favorite low fat or healthy eating cookbook will likely present you with many fun and exciting recipes to try. Often a new cookbook, or a couple of new recipes are all it takes to spur a healthier lifestyle.

It is also important to know that eating healthier does not necessarily mean making a radical change. There are very simple things you can do, such as cutting the skin off your chicken breast, or trimming the fat from your favorite steak, that can result in significant fat reductions and health improvements. Dieters should not overlook the importance of these small changes when seeking a healthier diet.

Other examples of small changes resulting in healthier eating include:

- Replacing whole milk with skim or 2%, both in recipes and for drinking

- Snacking on sorbet or low fat frozen yogurt instead of premium ice cream

- Spraying pans with nonfat cooking spray instead of using butter or margarine

- Replacing high fat cuts of meat with leaner ones

- Eating more low fat fish and less red meat

- Using egg substitutes, the kind made from egg whites, in recipes, meals and baking

There are probably hundreds of other such tips, and they can add up to significant health improvements, whether your goal is to get fit, lose weight or improve your level of health. No matter who you are or what your current level of fitness, eating a healthier diet and losing weight may be easier than you think.

In the end, eating a healthy diet, improving your level of fitness, and managing your consumption of fat and cholesterol boils down to common sense. Depriving yourself of your favorite foods can be counterproductive to a long term dietary change. Deprivation leads inevitably to cravings, and that can start a vicious cycle of dieting and splurging.

It is best to think of healthy eating as a marathon rather than a sprint. The goal of any healthy eating program should be to make easy, lifelong changes in the way you shop, cook and dine. Only by making changes that you can follow for a lifetime will you truly be able to enjoy a healthy diet. Start learning about how to have a healthy diet for long term weight loss today!

Popular Diets’ Hidden Truth - Make Fat Loss Diet Work For Long Term Weight Loss

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Most people pay little attention to the nutritional content of their food until they are on, or about to begin a diet.

At this point,  they begin to take a keen interest in seeing which diet has less calories or less carbohydrates. But it is a simple fact that most popular diets do not have nearly as many positive effects as their creators would have us believe.

Most of the serious diets we hear about work by simply removing a food or food group from your daily diet. This sometimes means eating less of certain foods than you normally would, however it often means entirely removing certain food groups from your diet altogether. The basic premise is that by restricting your diet in some way, you will lose weight.

Obviously if the food you are cutting out altogether is junk food you will be better off nutritionally. The problem is that when you totally stop eating a food that you are used to eating regularly, you will get cravings for this food.

Right from the start you will have a major temptation to cheat on the diet. Eventually you will probably cheat and render the diet useless. You should therefore opt for diets that don’t restrict you as severely as this.

Another problem with a lot of diets is that they have a tendency to focus more on one particular aspect of the food instead of on the overall nutrition value of it.

Many popular diets are based upon eliminating fat, or sugar, or carbohydrates. In fact, this is looking at only part of the bigger nutritional picture and can leads to diet choices and decisions which are not in your best interests.

For instance, people who are trying to cut carbohydrates out of their diet will sometimes choose to drink diet sodas instead of fruit juices. While the diet soda clearly has far fewer carbohydrates than fruit juice, that does not mean that it is more healthy. Your best bet in this situation is to drink the healthier beverage and to get all of the different vitamins and minerals instead of empty soda.

The best method to lose weight is to eat healthy meals which are good for you as often as you can, while avoiding meals that lack balance. Eating a balanced diet is extremely important for your health and well being.

When looking for nutritious foods try to avoid prepackaged foods. These foods are often very high in salt and lacking in the vitamins and minerals that their fresh counterparts are rich in. They are also filled with chemical preservatives, it is always best to avoid these packaged foods and opt instead for fresh foods when at all possible.

By eating real foods that you have to cook yourself, you can make sure that you are actually keeping track of the amount of sodium that you consume. You will also be putting more thought into how much you cook and eat, so it’s likely that you’ll be better able to make sure that you do not eat too much of any one thing.

It is often said that you are what you eat, likewise your food is what it is made from. You need to be aware of the ingredients going into your food and where they sit in a balanced diet. This is more important than counting calories or grams of fat or carbohydrates. The ingredients of a food are the best indicator of whether you should eat it or not.

THE RIGHT WAY TO DIET

The right way to diet is to think of dieting as a system of correct eating. You should have probably heard it a thousand times but for those of you who don’t know, I will like to remind you again that a diet should be a balanced plan for a variety of foods and taken in moderate amounts and combination. You should also eat only when you’re hungry, not when the clock says it’s lunch or dinner time.

So forget the fad diets that don’t work and try to learn how to plan a diet that you can stick with over the long term. This is the balanced approach to good health and nutrition, and it’s an approach that you can live with for the rest of your life.

Why Fad Diets Don’t Work

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

Fad diets are well known for their promise of bringing some instant weight loss. However, while these diets may help you lose weight quick, they may also create health issues.

Here is some helpful fad diet advice:

1. It’s not recommended to do such a diet for more then 3 to 7 days, because they are unbalanced and are not meant to be a permanent way of eating.

2. While keeping the fad diet, do not overexert yourself, even if you feel fine during that time; the fad diet can become stressful on your body and overexerting can result in some major health issues.

3. You can often get very hungry at times, try drinking water to help manage hunger pains

4. After finishing the fad diet, don’t start celebrating the end of dieting with food, otherwise all that effort will be in vain. Instead, focus on a balanced diet once you are done with the fad diet.

However, wouldn’t it make much more sense to focus on a long-term balanced diet and weight loss plan rather than risk your health?

Nutrition experts advise to permanently adopt healthy eating, rather than going on crash diets in order to loose weight quickly. Eating a balanced diet that consists of a wide variety of foods can make all the difference and it is the first principle of good and healthy nutrition. After a few weeks of fad diets, that usually consists of only one main food or type of food, you may find yourself developing nutritional deficiencies because no “one” food has all the ingredients the body needs. In other words, there are no “super-foods” that you should “only” eat.

Another problem with fad dieting is that they violate a very important principle of nutrition…eating must be enjoyable. Fad diets tend to be so boring that almost no one can stay on them for too long without enormous amounts of sacrifices. Rather than going on a fad diet, you should consider that a daily 30 minute walk makes more sense than almost any fad diet. This helps you maintain your weight loss over a long period of time, and when combined with a good and healthy diet, will speed up the weight loss process.

The simple fact is the only way to lose weight and still be healthy is to eat less and maintain daily physical activity. With fresh fruits and vegetables, fat-free or low-fat dairy, broiled meat, no fried food, and some daily physical exercise, you will find out that losing weight is pretty easy and best of all is healthy.

Fad diets are everywhere. Anyone can try them, but remember, fad diets are usually made for the short-run, they are not designed to become a way of life, and that’s why you should think twice before continuing, or even starting a fad diet.

You are what you eat ! Get Rid of Love Handles Fast

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by MansonVic

There are so many different and varied diets floating around today that it can be quite difficult to make a decision regarding which one is right for you when you feel it’s time to lose weight.

Diet plays an important role…

Many weight loss programs promise almost instantaneous results and for awhile at least; it seems as though your weight loss dreams may have finally come true through the presence of this type of diet. Then the sad reality sets in. You realize there is no possible way you can stay on this diet for the rest of your life. This is an important factor to consider; because ideally you should be looking for a healthy weight loss and maintenance program not a diet. Although a very low-calorie, high or liquid diet or even a diet that only lasts for a few days may allow you to initially lose some weight, you will inevitably find that your weight loss problems recur when a vengeance at a later point. Instead of looking for a miracle cure, look for a weight loss program that can help you to achieve your goals on a permanent basis.

For those of us who would prefer to avoid exercise like the plague, any weight loss program that promises we can reach our goals without that dreaded E word is a lifesaver. Unfortunately, long term weight loss simply isn’t possible without taking part in a sensible exercise routine. However, doing exercise alone also doesn’t help if you refuse to change your diet. Both exercise routine and diet must work together toward the common goal of weight loss. It’s Sad, but true.

When considering engaging in any weight loss program or diet, always ask yourself the following questions

1. Will I learn to take part in a healthy, nutritionally sound eating plan through this diet?

2. Is this a diet I can stick with long term?

3. Does this diet combine sensible eating with moderate exercise?

When you find a diet or weight loss program that meets all of these conditions, you know that you have found the right diet for you.

A Quick & Dirty Way to Find Niches

August 27th, 2008 / 1 Comment » / by WealthyAffiliate

If you have not heard of DMOZ.org, you should become familiar with it.  Why?  DMOZ.org is the largest directory on the Internet and contains over 590,000 different topics.  This means that if you go to DMOZ.org, you have instant access to to 590,000 potential industries or sub-industries that you can promote.

The great thing about DMOZ is the fact that it breaks down different niches in the same way that you would if you were doing your own independent research.  It starts broad and then narrows down your topics into much more specific areas.  This is great for finding smaller niches or industries that you could cross promote to. Go spend some time at DMOZ.org and find out a niche that fits you!

DMOZ.org

One thought that we should leave you with here is that you can make a significant sum of money within ANY ONE industry.  You do not need to be promoting 20 different industries and have 20 simultaneous campaigns going to be highly successful online.  It is quite possible to have a single campaign that brings in over $1000/day!  So back to diversification, you should not do it before you are ready to expand because chances are there is still money that can be sucked out of your existing campaigns.

How to Choose an Industry to Promote

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by WealthyAffiliate

There is a very common misunderstandings that marketers have, which is quite likely the reason people have the most difficulty “finding a niche” or an industry to promote. Often seen as a very daunting task to new marketers, choosing an industry should not be the most complex task you deal with. More often than not, people get frustrated because they think that the industry that they select will not be profitable. In reality you can earn money within ANY industry online. The key is to focus on who your audience is rather than which industry you are promoting.

There are two effective ways to help you decide on an industry. You can select something that you are interested in, or you can choose something that you know is popular right now.

Let’s assume you are a music buff who “lives” for music and you know a lot about the music industry. There are different markets related to music that you may be interested in promoting. For example, within this industry there are the following “niches”:

ü  how to play a musical instrument

ü  music download sites

ü  single track download sites

ü  CD / DVD sales

ü  CD burning software

ü  iPod software

ü  instruments (guitars, drums, piano)

ü  portable music devices

ü  car stereo electronics

ü  vintage music collector items.

This is just brushing the surface! From one interest you have the opportunity to promote many different products or services. You can also browse the Internet looking for products/industries that are hot right now. Whenever there is a new technology or product break-through, there is a lot of interest surrounding this. For example, when a new technology (like the iPhone) is released, many people are very interested and the hype will indicate that this is a very hot industry. The same goes for any new service or product and these are typically very easy “sells”.

You can promote essentially anything online, so don’t get too wrapped up in which product/service you select to promote first. You will learn a lot from your first campaign online and there are good chances that your first campaign will not be the one that makes you the most money. There are profits to be revealed within any industry and it comes down to the research you put in after you have selected your industry/market/niche. Learn your industry, become your industry, and deliver the appropriate information to the correct people and you are bound to make money.

Here is a broad list of ideas:

ü  web hosting

ü  mp3

ü  downloads

ü  make money

ü  cell phones

ü  keyword tools

ü  Adwords

ü  Resources

ü  Internet Marketing

ü  work from home

ü  dvd

ü  downloads
ü  tv downloads
ü  anti-virus
ü  anti-spyware
ü  satellite
ü  voice over IP
ü  software
ü  domain hosting

ü  dating

ü  weight loss

ü  men’s health

ü  women’s health

ü  cooking

ü  gardening

ü  eBay

ü  internet services

ü  broadband internet

ü  wireless internet

ü  computer equipment

ü  tickets (sporting/vacation)

ü  mortgages/payday

ü  foreclosures

ü  auctions (auto/eBay)

You can also find an industry to promote by looking through the marketplaces of larger affiliate networks such as Clickbank.com, CJ.com, Linkshare.com, and ShareaSale.com.  These will give you an idea of the vast number of products that are available for you to promote.

How to do Article Marketing?

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by WealthyAffiliate

Article Marketing is probably the most common free marketing technique that people are taking advantage of at the current time, as it is very easy to get started as an Article Marketer.  If you are a beginner with a limited budget, then it’s highly suggest that you consider Article marketing as one of your first Internet marketing ventures.

So what is Article Marketing?  Well, it basically requires you as the “article marketer” to write articles about various topics.  This can be almost anything, but there are certain keywords that you are going to want to focus on within your articles with the intention on having your article listed in the search engines naturally.

When you have an article naturally (organically) listed in Google, Yahoo, MSN, or any other search engine, you will be able to drive traffic to your affiliate links for FREE.

There are specific techniques you can use when writing articles and places where you should submit them.

Thousands of Internet marketers are taking advantage of article writing as a free way to drive traffic to their websites and to the merchant websites they are affiliated with. Article writing is one of the best techniques to use to obtain free search listings within Google, Yahoo and other search engines.

This is how the process flows. You write an article about a topic or subject that you are either interested in or are interested in getting listed under, submit it to an article website (usually free), and then wait for it to get listed. By submitting the article to these sites you are adopting their search engine ranking, meaning that you can get listed on the first page of the results in a matter of days. This is something that could take months if you tried to optimize a website for search engines. Article marketing is 100% free and is something that anyone could (and should be doing)!

Free traffic = Free advertising = No overhead

So how does article marketing actually work? Well, generally it takes months or even years to get a site naturally listed in the main search engines like Google, Yahoo, or MSN. This is generally because a new website is not very “Popular”. Popular means different things for Google, Yahoo, and MSN as they all have different search ranking algorithms, but they all have a similar ranking model. If you write an article and submit it to a “Popular” website such as “ezinearticles.com”, your article will live on this domain and inherit the popularity of that entire site. This will give your article a head start by being listed in the top rank site, thus getting spidered frequently by the search engines.

Search Engine Optimization is something that marketers have been perfecting for years, but it can take a VERY long time to get your own website displayed at all under the keywords that you want. With article marketing, you leverage the power of these large sites (ezinearticles.com, squidoo.com, usfreeads.com, etc.) to get top natural listings for your articles in a fraction of the time.

We’re going tell you exactly how to find the right keywords to use in article marketing, how to obtain a top listing in the search engines under these keywords, and how you can create profitable article marketing campaigns.

Recommended Affiliate Networks

August 27th, 2008 / No Comments » / by WealthyAffiliate

There are all kinds of suggestions on how to get started in making sales online as an Internet marketer, but we always like to start off by finding a product to sell.  The entire process of making a sale stems from the techniques you use after you’ve found a product to promote.

When you are looking for products to promote you should start by browsing through some of the larger Affiliate Networks.  These networks are composed of 1000’s of companies that host their affiliate program through the network.  This means that you can go to a single location and get access to many affiliate programs . Nearly all successful Internet marketers have used affiliate networks at one time or another and most probably still do.  The following networks are where you will find the BEST products to promote online.

Clickbank.com
Linkshare.com
CJ.com
Shareasale.com
Performics.com

Note: If your country is not accepted by one or more of the affiliate networks, do not worry.  There are many opportunities outside of these networks that will accept you.

These networks are great places to find a product to match the research that you have done.  You’ll find that there are literally tens of thousands of products that are readily available for you to promote.

There is some terminology that you need be familiar with when using these networks.  Often times the payment structures of affiliate programs will vary from company to company.  The main ones are Pay-Per-Sale (percentage of flat fee), Pay-Per-Lead, and Pay-Per-Click.

Pay-Per-Sale is the most common payment structure and is used within all networks.  Basically, pay-per-sale is just like it sounds.  You earn commissions based on “sales” that you can drive to merchant websites.  These commissions will either be paid as a percentage of the overall sale or as a flat-fee.  Commission percentages range from 1% - 90%, and up to $500 for the flat-fee structure (depending on the program).  This can easily amount to huge commissions!

Pay-Per-Lead is less common, but is still used by many different networks.  A lead is an action that takes place and is pre-defined by the merchant.  For example, a lead could be a free trial sign-up or a completed form application. These will vary based on the company.

Pay-Per-Click as a payment structure is not very common these days as companies are very aware that click-fraud does exist, and many affiliates were taking advantage of this structure through outsourced click-farms.  It is exactly how it sounds…you get paid for every click that you send to the merchant company’s website.  Again, this structure is VERY rare and you will barely every come across a company willing to pay you for every click you send them.

One of the main Affiliate networks that marketers use because of its simplicity is Clickbank.  Clickbank has the largest network of digital info products, and you will find everything from dog training manuals, to e-books on how to make money online.

Independent Affiliate Programs

As an affiliate, you are not bound to using Affiliate Networks only.  Many companies serve their affiliate programs “in-house”, meaning that they do not have a 3rd party company (such as Clickbank or CJ.com) managing their program.

The common question we get regarding independent affiliate programs is “Are they safe to use?”  Absolutely, and if you did not realize this already, the WA affiliate program is operated in-house by us, so we are considered an Independent affiliate program.

Here is how you can go about finding affiliate programs within any industry using Google, or Yahoo:

  1. Do a search for  “industry_name + affiliate program”
  2. Your search results will reveal related affiliate programs to the “industry_name” that you typed in
  3. Go through the affiliate programs and sign-up to the ones that best suit you and your website promotions

You are really cutting yourself short if you do not take advantage of a combination of affiliate networks and independent affiliate programs.
